Product Introduction:
Mining reinforced ladder beams are made from two 8mm-16mm diameter steel bars, 2000mm-6000mm long. The ends are sealed with 70mm-100mm wide steel bars. Crossbars are formed with 200mm-750mm intervals between bars, and reinforcement groups are placed every 650mm-1100mm. This product addresses the structural simplicity, low strength, and susceptibility to fracture of single-rebar, single-beam reinforced ladder beams. It consists of two parallel beams and several reinforcement groups connecting them. The beams are constructed from two round steel bars welded side by side, and the individual bars in the reinforcement groups are welded together. Stop holes are provided between the individual bars in the reinforcement groups.
