Benefits & Features
Product Introduction:
The hollow rock bolt features a hollow body, with the central hole serving as a channel for high-pressure drilling and grouting. Compared to solid bodies, the hollow body design provides greater rigidity and shear strength. The standard high-pitch thread structure along the entire outer surface of the bolt facilitates cutting and extension. Compared to a smooth body, it increases the bonding area between the bolt and the grouting material, thereby enhancing anchoring strength.
Product Features:
1. Easy installation, ensuring timely prestressing.
2. Active tensioning, with a prestress of up to 50 kN and the ability to achieve appropriate over-tensioning.
3. Tensioning can be performed by a single person using conventional tools.
4. The hollow body allows for high-pressure grouting, improving the surrounding rock mass.
5. Full control from production to installation ensures quality. Structure:
It consists of a steel expansion shell anchor head, a hollow grouting anchor body, a grouting plug, a pad, and a nut.
Quality control and inspection:
1. The allowable deviation of rock bolt installation shall comply with the following provisions.
(1) The diameter of the rod hole shall comply with the design requirements.
(2) The depth of the rod hole shall be greater than 250px of the anchor rod length.
(3) The allowable deviation of the rod hole distance is ±375px.
(4) The rod insertion length shall not be less than 95% of the design length.
2. The direction of the rod hole shall comply with the design requirements.
The rock bolt support plate shall be in close contact with the base surface, and the rock bolt rod shall be straight and undamaged, with no cracks, oil stains, granular or flaky rust on the surface.
3. Quality control
Pre-job training must be carried out.
Let the operator understand the construction procedures and standards.
A thorough briefing must be conducted before starting work.
A rock bolt layout diagram must be drawn and its position strictly controlled.
Control the water-cement ratio of the mortar.
Control the grouting pressure and grouting volume. Safety Requirements and Measures:
1. During construction, the working condition of the support should be inspected regularly and irregularly. In areas with poor geological conditions, a dedicated person should conduct inspections during each shift.
2. When construction is suspended, the support should be placed directly against the excavation surface.
3. The simple anchor rig should be securely placed.
4. If a blockage or burst occurs in the air, water, or material pipelines during operation, the air, water, and material delivery must be stopped accordingly.
5. If deformation, cracking, or other hazardous conditions are detected during monitoring and measurement of the rock bolt support system, remedial measures should be implemented. In critical situations, personnel should be evacuated from the danger zone.
6. If significant deformation or failure of an anchored area is observed, additional reinforcement anchors should be immediately installed in the area, with a length of at least 1.5 times the original anchor length.
Precautions:
1. Grouting workers must wear protective gear.
2. Carefully inspect machinery, equipment, and wiring to avoid injury from electrical leakage.
3. Machine operators must strictly follow operating procedures. 4. Grouting workers and grouting pump drivers must coordinate well.
5. After grouting is completed, the valve must be closed before the grouting pump is closed.
6. The grouting port must not be exposed to people.
