Benefits & Features
Product Introduction:
Resin capsules are a two-component, mortar-like adhesive formulated with unsaturated polyester resin, a curing agent, and an accelerator. Packaged in rolls, with each component separated by a polyester film, this industrial anchoring material is primarily used for coal mine tunnel support, tunnel construction, building structure reinforcement, and equipment foundation anchoring.
This material cures rapidly at room temperature, exhibiting stable anchoring force, excellent fatigue resistance, and water resistance. Suitable for metal or fiberglass anchors. Based on gel time, the product is available in four types: ultra-fast, fast, medium, and slow. Specifications can be customized according to borehole diameter. During construction, installation is performed using drilling tools; it can bear loads immediately after curing. It should be stored below 25℃, protected from light and heat (shelf life: three months). Suitable for anchoring in limestone, shale, and other rock formations, but not suitable for highly permeable rock formations or soft soil.
Product Features:
1. Fast load-bearing speed, anchoring performance comparable to precast steel reinforcement. 1. **Features “Two Fasts and One Strong”:** Fast curing speed (adjustable), rapid strength gain, and high strength. It can immediately bear loads and provide strong anchoring force after installation.
2. **Highly adaptable:** Resin capsules can bond to a variety of materials. They can bond irregular, complex, large, and thin-plate structures and anchor various rigid objects such as wood, metal, and fiberglass.
3. **Excellent fatigue strength:** Resin capsules are widely used in structural reinforcement, rock mass support, equipment foundation fixing, dam crack repair, dry-hanging of stone cladding on high-rise building exteriors, and installation and fixing of metal or curtain wall frames.
4. **In addition to the above features, waterproof resin capsules can rapidly strengthen and maintain high strength even in the presence of water, effectively preventing water from affecting the curing speed, compressive strength, and anchoring force of the resin capsule.
**Applications:**
Resin capsules are not only used for shaft support, shaft installation, and prestressed anchoring reinforcement in hydropower engineering, but also for building reinforcement, highway maintenance, tunnel construction, foundation root reinforcement, equipment foundations, and component anchoring. Operating Instructions:
1. Drill a hole 60-80mm shorter than the designed anchor bolt length, according to the anchor bolt specifications and length.
2. Use compressed air to remove dust from the drilled hole.
3. Using the selected anchor bolt of the designed length, push it to the bottom of the hole. Start the agitator, rotate the anchor bolt for 30±5 seconds, and push it to the bottom of the hole at a constant speed.
4. After stopping the agitator, immediately press the anchor bolt into the hole. Avoid moving or shaking the anchor bolt until it hardens. Pay special attention to this when installing the top hole. Test the anchor strength by running at high speed for 15 minutes, then at medium speed for 40 minutes.
5. After running at high speed for 7 minutes, run at medium speed for 15 minutes, install the support plate, tighten the nut, and then fill the anchor bolt.
6. Depending on the site power conditions, use a pneumatic anchor bolt agitator or an electric drill with a connector. Tighten the nut using a pneumatic wrench or a manual wrench. Using an anchor drilling machine simplifies the drilling and anchor installation process. Storage and Transportation
1. Resin capsules should be stored indoors at a temperature below 25°C, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping away from fire.
2. At temperatures below 25°C, the shelf life is three months. Expired product can be reused if it feels soft to the touch.
3. Anchoring agent is packaged in a cardboard box and sealed in a woven bag. Handle with care to avoid dropping.
4. For rail transport, it can be transported as Class II flammable goods in full carload or less-than-carload shipments. For road transport, avoid rain and direct sunlight.
